This is my total fee if the following is elected:

1) Home burial

OR

2) Pets Eternal (or other pet crematorium of your choice) pick up your pet from your home (their fees are additional). I can arrange this for you, or you may contact the crematorium yourself.

This fee applies if you request that I take your pet with me afterwards. Pets are cremated with Pets Eternal in Burleigh. 

Options:
1) I take your pet with me for cremation with other pets (ashes not returned and there is no fee from Pets Eternal)

OR

2) you may select an additional Pets Eternal ashes package (individual cremation and return of ashes from $330).
